How Acquiring Works

Editions & Shipping

Oil paintings are one-of-one originals — each work is unique and permanently leaves the catalog when sold. Lino cuts and etchings are finite, hand-numbered editions (for example, 1 of 25); numbers are assigned on dispatch, not at checkout, and exhausted runs are never reprinted. Prints of original work are an open edition stocked in batches of 50 — when a batch sells through, a new batch is prepared. Selecting “Add to cart” opens secure Stripe Checkout (or PayPal where noted). Framing is not included. Original paintings ship insured in custom crates within 10 business days; prints ship rolled in rigid tubes within 3–5 days.

About the artist

Isabella Alexandra

Hi, I’m Isabella, a painter and print maker based in London. I specialize in capturing architecture, both urban and rural through oil paint, watercolor illustration and lino printing. I have been recently attracted to capturing the beauty in the mundane of my local landscape, Hackney.

In addition to my work as an artist, I am a final year History student at UCL. My love for the past, and its complex cultural narratives inspire much of my work and drive my interest in capturing religious buildings, namely my collection of work centering Westminster Abbey.

If you have a landscape special to you that you would like capturing, please reach out so that we can work on bringing it to life together.

Collaborations

Commissions

Commissioned works begin with a conversation about scale, palette, and the mood you want the piece to hold. Isabella takes on a small number of commissions each year, built in the same slow, layered process as her studio originals. Get in touch with a few details about your space and timeline to start.
